Rummy BD Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing or using the Rummy BD platform at rummybd.win, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. This agreement is effective immediately upon your first access to the platform, whether or not you have completed account registration.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the platform. Continued use of Rummy BD following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

2. Eligibility

To use the Rummy BD platform you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Rummy BD is strictly an adults-only platform and we do not permit minors to register or participate in any gaming activity.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You must not be acting as an agent, representative or on behalf of any third party in relation to your account activity.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Rummy BD reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Accounts found to be operated by individuals under 18 will be closed immediately and any funds assessed in accordance with our review process.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the Rummy BD platform. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and any additional accounts identified will be subject to review, which may include the suspension of associated accounts.

When registering your account you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your name, contact details and any other information requested during registration. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

• Registration details must match the identity of the account holder. Providing false or misleading information at registration is a breach of these terms.
• You may not register an account using another person's identity or contact details.
• Account registration is free and no fee is charged to create an account on Rummy BD.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your registered account.

Rummy BD reserves the right to decline any registration at its discretion without being required to provide a reason for doing so.

4. Deposits and Payments

All deposits on Rummy BD are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion applied to deposits and your account balance reflects the exact PKR amount you have deposited, subject to any applicable promotional terms.

Supported deposit methods currently include:

• JazzCash – mobile wallet deposits processed directly in PKR, typically confirming within one minute.
• Easypaisa – mobile wallet deposits following the standard Easypaisa transfer process.
• Raast – instant bank-to-bank transfers via the Raast interbank payment system.
• Bank Transfer – direct transfers from a Pakistani bank account held in your name.
• PKR Debit and Credit Cards – cards issued by Pakistani banks and registered to the account holder.
• Mobile Wallets – other supported mobile payment options as listed in the deposit section.

All payment methods used for deposits must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits – where the source account belongs to another individual – are not accepted and may result in the funds being held pending review.

Rummy BD does not charge deposit fees on its end, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Any such charges are the responsibility of the account holder.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. This policy is in place to maintain consistency between deposit and withdrawal channels and to reduce the risk of misdirected funds.

• Withdrawals are paid out in PKR directly to the payment account registered under your name.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to the wagering requirements associated with the relevant promotion. Funds that have not met wagering conditions cannot be withdrawn until those conditions are satisfied.
• Rummy BD reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawal requests. This is a standard account security measure.
• Processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are generally the fastest. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on your bank.

6. Gameplay Rules

The Rummy BD platform provides access to a range of online games including live casino, slots, table games and game shows. All games on the platform operate using certified random number generation (RNG) systems or live dealer formats from licensed game providers.

• Game outcomes are determined entirely by the game engine or live dealer and cannot be influenced by Rummy BD or any player.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, the round may be declared void and any stake returned to the player's account. Rummy BD's decision in such cases is final.
• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing real-money bets. Game rules and paytables are accessible within each game interface.

• Collusion between players in multiplayer game formats is not permitted and will result in immediate account action.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real funds.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.

• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or attempting to process fraudulent transactions.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain credits or advantages not intended by the platform. Any such gains must be reported and will be reversed.
• Providing false information during registration, identity verification or any communication with the support team.

9. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Rummy BD account credentials including your username and password. The following security practices are required of all account holders.

13. Account Termination

You may close your Rummy BD account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds that do not meet withdrawal conditions) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

Rummy BD reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false or fraudulent registration details.
• Suspected bonus abuse, fraud or prohibited conduct as outlined in Section 8.
• Failure to pass identity or age verification when requested.
